A man was yesterday charged before a Makadara court with attempted murder. Dennis Chegugu, 27, is accused of attempting to kill his girlfriend Nancy Wanyona. Nakuru judge orders TSC secretary locked up in civil jail
The High Court in Nakuru has ordered Teachers Service Commission secretary Gabriel Lengoiboni to be locked up in civil jail if he does not pay retired teachers Sh3.34 billion in 90 days. More than 52,000 retired teachers have asked the court to cite Lengoiboni for contempt for ignoring orders directing TSC to pay them salary and pension arrears.
