The Court Process Server Society of Kenya has expressed confidence in its preparation to handle election petitions. In a statement signed by Chairman Alex Ochwo Alela yesterday, the group urged presiding judges to strictly rely on services of licensed process servers to avoid setbacks in challenging eligibility of service. “All parties should be willing to be served and not to use their security or incite the public to intimidate process servers when they are executing their duties,” said the statement.
