Depending on whether I’ll be going to the gym, I get up between 5am and 6.30am. A few moments are dedicated to prayer and mediation as I review my main agenda of the day. I always have to countercheck everything I’m supposed to carry before I leave the house to avoid unnecessary trips back home.
