KISII governor James Ongwae was yesterday sworn in amid pomp and color promising to deliver on his pledges. Ongwae took oath of his alongside his deputy Joash Maangi during a ceremony held at Gusii stadium and presided over by chief magistrate Ann Ongijo and resident judge Ruth Sitati. Speaking after swearing in Ongwae said: “I’m humbled and honoured by your support.
