A Nairobi court was on Friday told of weaknesses in the evidence submitted by the prosecution in a manslaughter case. Hawa Zainabu is alleged to have stabbed Catherine Mbugua to death three years ago. John Swaka the accused’s lawyer told the court that the prosecution had failed to prove manslaughter. The prosecution in defence said all witnesses collaborated and gave truthful evidence consistent to the offense. The ruling on the case is scheduled for April 16.
