Adopted kids to get birth certificates

The High court yesterday ordered the government to issue all adopted children with birth certificates. High court judge Isaac Lenaola directed the Principal Registrar of Births and Deaths to ensure adopted children appearing in the register for adopted children are issued with certificates immediately, based on the particulars appearing in the said register.
