A loser in the Nyaribari Chache Parliamentary seat Nyagaka Tong’i on Friday filed a petition seeking to nullify the election of Chris Bichage as area MP. Tong’i of Wiper Democratic Party filed the case at Kisii High claimed that Bichage (ODM) was not duly elected during the March 4 elections.
