The Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission and the Mukogodo east ward representative in Laikipia have been served with papers challenging the election results. A court server, Josephat Gatheru said he has has served the two parties after a candidate in the March 4 election challenged the declaration of Paul Leshuel as the elected ward representative.
