A Tanzanian tycoon has been accused of wasting the court's time in a car theft case involving politician Stanley Livondo. Billionaire Mohammed Bakhresa did not show up in court to testify despite the judge granting a last adjournment notice. Bakhresa is the complainant in the case. The case has never taken off since 2011 when the court issued a warrant of arrest against Livondo for the alleged stealing Bakhresa's Sh4 million Volkswagen Tiguan.
