KENYA Airways will on Thursday launch its first fully owned cargo plane that will increase its capacity for carrying goods to various destinations. The freight aircraft is the first among four Boeing 737-300 planes that the airline has earmarked for conversion from passenger to cargo planes. The fully owned freighter will boost the cargo flight that KQ already operates between Africa and China using a plane owned by Dutch firm Martinair.
