President-elect Uhuru Kenyatta has arrived at the Moi Sports Centre Kasarani where he will be sworn in as the fourth President of Kenya. At 12.10 pm Chief Justice Dr. Willy Mutunga is expected to introduce the President- elect and Deputy William Ruto to the nation. The Registrar of the Judiciary Gladys Shollei will then administer the oath or solemn affirmation of allegiance to the President-elect.
