A four-month-old baby died from exposure to cold at a camp in Tana River. The child's family fled from their flooded home a week ago. The camp in Bura did not have tents or facilities to keep the displaced families warm. A tearful Hamido Mohamed Meli, 34, narrated the loss of her child when journalists and Red Cross officials visited Village one camp. She said the baby developed a fever and dead before they could get medical attention on Sunday night.
