THE government will set up an irrigation project to increse food production in Meru, Tharaka Nithi and Embu counties. Speaking at Chuka University on Monday, President Uhuru Kenyatta said the three counties are ideal for farming. He said irrigation will unlock the region’s agricultural potential.
