CHANGAMWE MP Omar Mwinyi has asked the government to quickly resolve the Kenya Petroleum Refinery stalemate. The MP yesterday said the matter is of national importance since hundreds of Kenyans working at the facility have been affected over its impending closure. Speaking to the Star on the phone, Mwinyi said the government should come out clearly on the future of the Changamwe plant, which stopped its operations four months ago.
