Thieves break into Meru treasury

THIEVES broke into the Meru Municipal Council treasury and accounts offices and made away with a computer and other items. Council employees called police officers to investigate the robbery. Imenti North police boss Tom Odero confirmed the incident and said the thieves stole items worth Sh65,000. “The thieves could have been targeting specific information.
