A court in Mwingi remanded a middle aged man to Waita GK prison yesterday for failing to pay a bond of Sh80,000 after being found in possession of bhang. Joseph Nzoka appeared before principal magistrate Hezron Nyaberi and was charged with possession of bhang and breaking into a bar on n April 4 and 5 nights at Makaani shopping centre. He was charged of stealing alcohol worth Sh6000 with two other people from a bar owned by Shadrack Kitheka. The case was mentioned on April 4 and the hearing will be on April 30.
