Internally displaced persons in Gilgil and Naivasha yesterday broke into song and dance as President Uhuru Kenyatta and his deputy William Ruto were sworn in yesterday. The IDPs who were following the event on radio and TV said their prayers had been heard. They praised the peaceful transition of power saying Kenya had learnt from the 2007/08 post-election violence.
