Uganda President Yoweri Museveni yesterday let loose, issuing a scathing attack on the West and the International Criminal Court for trying to blackmail Africa. He said President Uhuru Kenyatta and William Ruto's win in the March 4 election demonstrates Kenyans rejection of “blackmail by ICC” and their decision to uphold the country’s sovereignty. Museveni was speaking on behalf of all invited guests at the swearing in ceremony held at Kasarani stadium.
