DEPUTY President William Ruto yesterday said the Jubilee government will build on the economic path set up by former President Kibaki. He said Kibaki set a firm economic foundation and they will make it grows at double digits. Giving his speech after President Uhuru Kenyatta and he were sworn in at Moi International Sports Centre, Kasarani, Ruto said Kibaki set a pillar for the country's economic take-off.
