Kisumu Water and Sanitation Company yesterday accused its provider of sabotaging normal operations. Kiwasco managing director David Onyango said Lake Victoria Water Services Board is out to sabotage operations. The remarks follow a decision by LVSWB to cut supply at the Dunga intake point over pay arrears.
