CANE farmers in Mumias sugar zone will benefit from a university college offer of 10 per cent fees discount for their children. Dr Geofrey Anyembe, the director of E-Smart College, said each child of a cane farmer contracted to Mumias Sugar Company who enrolls at the college will get a 10 per cent discount in fees payment.
