Tobiko to appeal against ruling on Goldenberg case

Director of Public Prosecutions Keriako Tobiko is seeking to appeal against a high court ruling that terminated the infamous Sh5.8 billion Goldenberg fraud. The DPP has written to the deputy Registrar of the Constitutional and Human Rights Division seeking to be furnished with typed and certified proceedings of the case, for purposes of filing an appeal against the ruling.
