A Nigerian man who is facing drug trafficking charges yesterday made his bail application before a Kibera court. James Johnson Udogwu who is charged with trafficking cocaine worth over Sh12 million asked the court to order for the release of his personal items and also to grant him favorable bail terms. Through his lawyer Miinda Riechi he alleged that the police had taken his phone and so he could not reach any of his family members.
