Moi Hospital warns over rise in child sexual abuse cases

Cases of sexual abuse among children are on the rise in the North Rift region. The Moi Teaching and Referral Hospital in Eldoret has warned that the number of sexual abuse cases against children reported at the hospital has been steadily rising. More than 4,000 cases of Sexual Gender-Based Violence, many of them involving children, have been recorded at the hospital in the past year.
