KISII governor James Ongwae yesterday said solid and liquid waste management is the biggest challenge facing urban centers in the county. Ongwae said the county has become a dumping site. “Every space you see in Kisii has become a dumping site. This is completely unacceptable and we are going to address it as a matter of priority,” he said. Ongwae said he has directed the council officers concerned with garbage disposal to deal with the matter.
