The High Court in Kisumu has ordered the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission to release documents required in a suit challenging the results of the March 4 Gubernatorial poll. The suit was filed by William Oduol, the runners up in the Siaya governor race on March 4. Oduol who was running for governor on an NAPK ticket came second with 133,903 while the winner Cornel Rasanga Amoth had 142, 901.Oduol however claims he won the election...
