The Somalia government has given Mount Kenya University the go-ahead to put up a branch in Somaliland. The university board of trustee chairman Simon Nyutu Gicharu said they have letter of interim authority to go ahead with the project. He was speaking at MKU main campus in Thika, where he hosted Rwanda's Minister for Local Government James Musoni and President Kagame economic advisor Prof Nshuti Manasseh.
