THE principal of the Technical University of Kenya yesterday in court defended the institution against claims that it has failed to implement a sexual harassment policy. Francis Aduol told magistrate the court the university has not received any sexual harassment complaints. The professor told principal magistrate S Atambo that the allegations in a case filed by a former university employee Sarah Ochieng' are false and revenge for the termination of her employment .
