TRANSPORT Secretary Michael Kamau has said the completion of the controversial standard gauge railway, which will cost Sh327 billion is the only way to ease congestion on public roads. Kamau said the ministry has set up plans to introduce bus rapid transport routes that will be used to interchange from the main highways and some routes including Outering road.
