TURKEY-Based left attacker Phillip Maiyo will contest for the vice chairman position in the forthcoming Kenya Volleyball Federation (KVF) elections. Maiyo announcement comes after national volleyball men’s team failed to grab the lone slot to qualify for the World Championship— playing second fiddle to Egypt. In essence, it means Maiyo will oppose the current vice chairmen— Charles Nyaberi and Kipkemei Sirma.
