Nakuru county secretary Joseph Motari has said there is no fall out between county executives and their chief officers. Speaking yesterday before the committee of Justice and Legal Affairs, Motari refuted claims that there was a go slow in the county's 10 ministerial departments. “The county executives and chief officers are not at loggerheads,” he said.
