LAWYERS of Nigerian businessman Anthony Chinedu was in court yesterday to respond to an application by prosecutor Onesmus Towett. Towett had asked the court to deny chinedu bail claiming that he may leave the country once he is released. Michael Osundwa and Nelson Havis asked the court to grant Chinedu bail, saying he has promised to attend if released on bail. They said Chinedu has property worth millions in Kenya that he cannot leave behind...
