THE Sh22 billion road project linking Kenya and Tanzania through Taita-Taveta that is set to be completed on December 2018 has received a major boast after the African Development Bank approved two loans. The bank’s board approved two Sh19.5b loans for the two countries. Kenya is set to get Sh9.5 b of the loan as Tanzania gets the rest. The 157.5-kilometre road project runs from Taveta to Voi in Kenya before connecting with Arusha to Holili in Tanzania.
