Cabinet Secretaries will soon start going to Parliament to answer questions from MPs on the floor of the House. Speaker of the National Assembly Justin Muturi yesterday told MPs that plans are afoot to have the members of the Cabinet answer questions on the floor of the House instead of leaving the task to committee chairmen as it has been the case for the past one year. The Speaker said the Standing Orders will have to be reviewed to enable the Cabinet Secretaries attend sessions.
