Cabinet Secretaries will soon go to Parliament to answer questions from MPs in the House. National Assembly Speaker Justin Muturi yesterday told MPs that plans are afoot to have the CSs answer questions on the floor of the House instead of leaving the task to committee chairpersons. Muturi said the Standing Orders will be reviewed to enable the CSs attend sessions. Presently, the CSs only appear before parliamentary committees.
