Former Kenya Pipeline Company managing director Ezekiel Kipkulei and two others are seeking to block their prosecution over fraud allegations. Kipkulei and businessmen Erick Kibiwott and Benjamin Kipkorir want the High Court to prohibit the Director of Public Prosecution Keriako Tobiko, Inspector General of Police David Kimaiyo and the Chief Magistrate Court from proceeding with their prosecution until an application they have filed is heard and determined.
