THE Public Procurement Oversight Authority will digitise procurement systems in the country for efficiency. PPOA has began consultative forums for stakeholders on effective public procurement process. Chairman Mbaka Omwega said the forums are meant to find problems and challenges affecting procurement systems. “Based on the past amendments on the Public procurement Act with the recent having been done in 2009, we want to reach at least all the counties to get views from the public,” he said.
