WESTERN PPO Alfred Ombaba had to intervene to end a standoff that saw irate Busia residents paralyze operations along Busia-Nambale road yesterday. The Teso South and Bukhayo West residents blocked the busy road for over five hours protesting the killing of a man and injuring of three others on Saturday night.
