Otiende's writes to have Koikai deployed as envoy

The chairman of the Commission on Administrative Justice has written a complaint letter to the Foreign Affairs PS Thuita Mwangi. The letter dated April 20 written by Otiende Amolo accuses Thuita for not deploying Ambassador Daniel Koikai after he was hired and trained.
