A man who was found guilty for stealing a motorbike has been jailed for five years by a Kilgoris court. Alfred Rutoh was brought before Kilgoris resident magistrate Amos Mokoross accused of having committed the offence on April 14 at Olchobosei Trading Centre in Trans Mara East district. Geoffrey Koech who was the complainant told the court that on the fateful date at around 7pm he had parked the motorbike valued at Sh85,000 outside his house.
