Police were yet to arraign Mombasa Republican Council spokesman Rashid Mraja in court by yesterday afternoon. MRC leaders have been in hiding in Tanzania since late last month. Mraja was arrested in Lunga Lunga as he tried to sneak back into the country. He was arrested in an operation conducted by the CID and regular police at around 7pm on Wednesday at Jegu near the border in Kwale .
