A government tractor rolled into a ditch on Monday as the driver tried to avoid hitting a motorcyclist at Akibui village in Teso North. The tractor that is owned by Bumala Agricultural department was heading to Agonget to dig a water pan for a local women's group when the accident occurred. Witnesses said the machine was trying to avoid hitting a speeding boda boda cyclist who was carrying a woman passenger when it crashed into a culvert. The caterpillar driver escaped unhurt after he jumped off the machine while the cyclist and his passenger survived without injuries...
