Bungoma Women's Representative Reginalda Wanyonyi says the purported unity deal between some local MPs and Senator Moses Wetang'ula to pursue a common development agenda was suspect. Wanyonyi of New Ford Kenya said the alleged unity arrived at during meetings held in Nairobi was "fishy" as she and some other MPs had not been involved.
