AN 84-year-old widow and her eight children face eviction in Nakuru town. Naivanus Ngoris lost an appeal over a land dispute. The land is estimated to be worth more than Sh100million. Befor ethe appeal, she had been ordered to vacate the land in Lake View estate. The widow has been residing in the two acres since 1964 and she had argued she did not know her sister sold the land.
