Technical colleges in the country want to be involved in the assembling, distribution and use of free laptops in primary schools. “The best partner to assist the Jubilee government is the Technical Training and Vocational Education sector,” said chairman of the Kenya Association of Technical Training Institutions Edwin Tarno.
