TRANS NZOIA The county assembly yesterday began discussing the governor’s speech. Speaking to the press in Kitale, county assembly speaker David Sifuna said the speech will be discussed for three days. The speaker asked residents to support the county assembly through public participation so they can identify problems and find solutions. Sifuna said they will only approve the names of cabinet members who are credible. Governor Patrick Khaemba is yet to name the 10 members of the executive committee.
