THE Court of Appeal has certified as urgent an application seeking to overturn a High Court ruling of Kamlesh Pattni. Pattni was cleared of criminal charges in the Goldenberg scandal. According to a source at the court yesterday, the case is likely to be heard next week owing to its urgency. International Centre for Policy and Conflict's lawyer Nelson Havi said the appeal will be rendered useless if it is not heard urgently.
