The Kenya Human Rights Commission launched a 28-page manuscript aimed at educating people on the devolution following the implementation of the constitution. The book was launched by KHRC senior programme officer George Mwarara, Jackline Omogeni from the Transition Authority and KHRC programme associates and devolution coordinator Grace Mutung’u at a hotel in Thika Town.
