PRESIDENT Uhuru Kenyatta's government continued to take shape yesterday with women taking up some of the most powerful dockets. The President and Deputy President William Ruto selected women to take up the ministries of Defence, Lands, Devolution, Foreign Affairs, East African Affairs, and Environment as they named six women to the Cabinet. Uhuru has now proposed 16 people to fill 16 out 18 Cabinet positions. He will fill the final two later. But the list drew immediate reactions from MPs.
