The list is finally out. Kenyans know President Uhuru Kenyatta's nominees for Cabinet Secretaries after weeks of anxiety. With all the nominees, except two, introduced and the list forwarded to Parliament, the ball is now in the court of the Committee on Appointments to expedite the vetting process. This will enable the government to be fully and properly constituted so that functions of the state can proceed without further delay.
